Is your rotisserie or food shop losing customers to peak-hour lines?
The self-service kiosk is a solution that already works in the world's largest chains — now adapted for supermarkets, food shops and rotisseries in Uruguay.
The problem everyone knows
It's 12:30. The rotisserie, food shop or café has 8 people waiting. Two clerks can't keep up.
The customer who wanted "just one chicken" leaves because they don't want to wait 15 minutes. That sale was lost. Multiply that by every lunchtime and every evening, and the number hurts.
The solution: frictionless ordering
Our touch-screen kiosk system lets customers build their order themselves,
pay and get a number — exactly like at
McDonald's, but for your rotisserie.
How it works
1. The customer taps the screen and sees the categories: chicken, sides, salads, drinks, combos.
2. They pick products, customize ingredients (extra chimichurri, no sauce, well done) and add to the order.
3. They pay by card, cash or MercadoPago — the system integrates with your current POS.
4. They get their order number (e.g. A-047) and the ticket is sent to the kitchen automatically.
5. Electronic invoicing included — receipt or invoice with tax ID, all signed before the tax authority (DGI).
Average ordering time: under 2 minutes. Without depending on a clerk being free.
Automatic kitchen order ticket
As soon as payment is confirmed, the kitchen thermal printer prints the order ticket with the order number in large print, each product with its customizations and comments. The kitchen team waits for no one.
Multiple payment methods
- Credit/debit card (integrated with your POS)
- Cash (prints a ticket to pay at the register)
- MercadoPago
Designed for rotisseries, cafés and food shops
It's not a generic kiosk. It handles combos with customizable ingredients, extras with additional pricing, per-product comments ("well done", "no skin") and visual categories with photos of your real products.
