BlackHawk: every guard’s schedule, on their phone
What we solved
Coordinating guards spread across contracts, locations and posts in different regions, and responding fast to an emergency.
What we built
A custom web system plus iOS and Android apps. The operations center builds each post’s monthly schedule —shifts, days off, extra shifts and leave—, tracks attendance, check-ins and check-outs, and defines what each role can see. Guards check their schedule in the app and have an SOS button that alerts their supervisor and is logged in the system.

We handled the rollout and trained the client’s team at their offices in Santiago.
Super K25: queue numbering system and self-order kiosk
What we solved
Organizing service at the butcher and bakery counters, and letting the food outlet take orders without going through the counter.
What we built
We designed and built the call button —our own electronic board and enclosure—, the screen app that shows each section’s number and ads, the ticket dispenser and the software to manage it all. At the food outlet we installed a kiosk where customers build their order and pay by card.
In operation
Both solutions are running in the store. The numbering screen also shows the supermarket’s promotions.
Agritech: matching every calf with its mother
What we solved
Knowing which calf belongs to which cow, and sorting animals in the chute without manual work.
What we built
Collars with our own device in a waterproof case, LoRa radio, cloud data and a mobile app. Plus a livestock sorting gate that fits any chute or passage.
In operation
It started at HackathonAgro and continued as a project approved by ANII and ANDE, with field tests at a dairy farm.
